By accessing and using ASOvisor ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

ASOvisor is an AI-powered platform that analyzes mobile app screenshots to provide insights about app design, user experience, and market positioning. The service includes:

  • App screenshot analysis using artificial intelligence
  • Detailed reports and insights
  • Token-based pricing system
  • User account management
  • Payment processing through Stripe

3. User Accounts

To use our service, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

4. Payment and Billing

Our service operates on a token-based system:

  • Each analysis costs 5 tokens
  • Tokens can be purchased in packages (10 tokens for $5 USD)
  • New users receive 5 free tokens upon registration
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • All sales are final - no refunds for used tokens
  • Tokens do not expire but are non-transferable

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit harmful or malicious content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use automated tools to abuse the service
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Resell or redistribute the service without permission

6. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the service, including but not limited to:

  • Text, graphics, logos, and images
  • Software and source code
  • Analysis algorithms and methodologies
  • User interface design

Are the property of ASOvisor and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. User Content

By using our service, you grant us a limited license to:

  • Process app screenshots you submit for analysis
  • Store analysis results in your account
  • Use anonymized data to improve our services

You retain ownership of your content but grant us necessary rights to provide the service.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee:

  • 100% uptime or uninterrupted service
  • Error-free operation
  • Compatibility with all devices or browsers

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • ASOvisor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months
  • We provide the service "as is" without warranties of any kind

10. Privacy

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
